Account access

If you cannot sign in or did not receive a verification email, use the password reset flow first. If the address on your account is no longer reachable, contact account assistance so identity can be confirmed before any change is made.

What assistance does not cover

Support does not provide dosing advice, administration instructions, treatment guidance or medical recommendations of any kind. Questions about materials are answered with reference to identity, specification and analytical documentation only.

Contact route

Account holders should use the message thread on their account, which reaches us directly and arrives attached to their order history. A published contact address for people who cannot sign in is being finalised.
