Research Use Agreement

By accepting this agreement you affirm each of the following.

1. Materials purchased through Portland Peptide Company are intended solely for
   legitimate laboratory or analytical research.
2. Materials are not being purchased for human or veterinary consumption.
3. Materials will not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention
   of disease.
4. You will observe applicable regulations and handling requirements for the
   materials you obtain.
5. Where an organization is entered on this account, you have authority to
   purchase on behalf of that organization.
